During the FIFA games, they put 1 tv on the bar facing the sidewalk side so, those of us in the pool could not see the game. Sorry mon, no refund exchange only! We both called for bellhop to take our luggage to the lobby, and although it was confirmed, we walked our luggage ourselves only to be greeted by one of the 4 or 5 bellhops standing around as we reached the lobby. My friends room key stopped working, and they had to wait almost 20 minutes in the heat, someone finally came only after my friend threatened to go to the lobby and cause a scene. broken curtain (couldn’t close) took 2 days to repair after numerous calls.
